The Upstairs Downstairs feature is triggered when the Special Bell symbol lands in the top position on reel 1 in the game 1 window during the main game or any of the 3 Free Games features. Triggering Upstairs Downstairs activates the game 2 window for that spin. During the Upstairs Downstairs feature, additional Downton Abbey Wilds are added to the reels. During the Upstairs Downstairs feature, all Downton Abbey Wilds appearing on game 1 reels are duplicated to the corresponding positions in the game 2 window.

The Call to Service feature may be triggered when the Special Bell symbol lands on any position on reel 3 in the game 1 window during the main game. The Call to Service feature is always triggered when the Special Bell symbol lands on any position on reel 3 in the game 1 window during Duty Calls Free Games. During the Call to Service feature, up to 10 Downton Abbey Wilds may be randomly added to game 1 reels.

The Downton Village Flower Show feature is triggered by 5 Red Rose Foreground symbols simultaneously landing anywhere on the reels of the active game windows. Triggering the Downton Village Flower Show feature will display the screen with 30 Rose symbols for players to pick. The player then clicks on the symbols to reveal the prizes behind them until revealing 2 matching symbols of any of the following: Reels of Wealth, Duty Calls or Manor on the Move. Other possible prizes are cash prizes of 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 or 750x the coin bet and trophies. The trophy reveals either a cash prize of 1,000; 1,500; 2,500 or 5,000x the coin bet or 1 of the 3 jackpots: Grantham Jackpot, Crawley Jackpot or Village Jackpot. Grantham Jackpot, Crawley Jackpot, and Village Jackpot can also be randomly awarded at the end of any paid game. 2 matching Duty Calls, Reels of Wealth or Manor on the Move symbols trigger the Duty Calls, Reels of Wealth or Manor on the Move Free Games feature respectively.

The Duty Calls Free Games feature can be triggered in 2 ways: 1) Revealing 2 matching Duty Calls symbols during the Downton Village Flower Show awards 10 Duty Calls Free Games. 2) 10 or more Duty Calls symbols anywhere on the reels of active game windows award Duty Calls Free Games. The number of awarded free games equals the number of Duty Calls symbols triggering the feature. Overall, up to 28 free games can be awarded.10 or more Duty Calls Scatters landing during Duty Calls Free Games trigger 10 or more additional free games. The number of additional free games equals the number of Duty Calls Scatters that landed during the retrigger. During Duty Calls Free Games, the Call to Service feature is always triggered when the Special Bell symbol lands on reel 3 in the game 1 window.

Revealing 2 matching Reels of Wealth symbols during the Downton Village Flower Show awards 10 Reels of Wealth Free Games. During Reels of Wealth Free Games, any 10 or more Reels of Wealth Scatters on active game windows award 10 to 28 additional free games. The number of additional free games awarded equals the number of Reels of Wealth Scatters that landed. During Reels of Wealth Free Games, reels 1, 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 are randomly replaced with Downton Abbey Wild reels. In the event that reel 3 is full-reel Wild, Special Bell can still land in front of Wild to trigger Upstairs Downstairs feature.

Revealing 2 matching Manor on the Move symbols during the Downton Village Flower Show awards 10 Manor on the Move Free Games. During Manor on the Move Free Games, any 10 or more Manor on the Move Scatters in active game windows award 10 to 28 additional free games. The number of additional free games awarded equals the number of Manor on the Move Scatters that landed during the retrigger. During Manor on the Move Free Games, any Downton Abbey Wild symbol appearing on the reels becomes a Roaming Sticky Wild and stays within the game window until the end of the Free Games feature. In the case that the Roaming Sticky Wild appears above the Manor on the Move Scatter, the Scatter symbol still contributes to the winning combination it participates in.
