8. The Free Spins come with a 35x wagering requirement. In order to meet the wagering requirement for the bonus resulting from playing the free spins, you will need to wager the bonus Thirty-Five (35) times before those funds can be withdrawn. For example, if your bonus fund balance from the Free Spins is £10, then you will need to wager the equivalent of £350 (i.e. £10 x 35) before the balance of your bonus funds is converted to real-money funds and become eligible for withdrawal. Any issues regarding the bonus (free spins or bonus money) credited to your Player Account are to be reported to our support department within a period of 30 days from the initial claim of the promotion. After the 30 days, we reserve the right to refuse or withhold any bonuses or winnings in question.

18. In the event that your initial deposit is cancelled or refused by a payment processor then we reserve the right to refuse or withhold bonuses or winnings. We reserve the right to inspect your transaction records and playing logs to ensure full compliance with these Promotional Terms. We reserve the right to decline or withhold withdrawals unless these Promotional Terms have been fully complied with.
